Easiest Banana Bread Ever!! Gluten Free AND Dairy Free!!

Yummiest and Easiest Banana Bread… Gluten Free AND Dairy Free!!

Ingredients:

3 cups of almond flour

1/2 cup of honey

3 eggs

2 mashed bananas

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

* if desired add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut/raisins/walnuts/petitas or a mix of all 4.

Method:

Mix together.

Bake for 1 hour in loaf tin, lined with grease proof paper at 180°C (350°F) in a fan forced oven.

TOO EASY!!
