Contemporary textbooks include a large number of topics and concepts but the depth of coverage for each concept is varies from each others. In fact, there is a large gap between what is known by practicing biochemistry scientists and what is taught about the domain in secondary schools and universities [3]. The comprehensive biochemistry texts used in most courses are becoming thicker and more intimidating with each new edition for the students.
