As parents we all know that raising healthy kids can be a busy job, there can be so many up’s and down’s from day to day. Eating healthily and being active are something in common that most parents like to achieve for their kids and family as a whole, this can be fun and definitely an adventure.

Be Creative – with food choices, recipe ideas and things to do as a family.

Keep your pantry and fridge and freezer free of unhealthy foods and snack.

Get involved in team sports or sports you can do as a family, for example our whole family is involved in Taekwondo and we can encourage each other achieve our goals and even do the training classes together. Try different activities but choose what your kids enjoy to do together.

Find ways to incorporate vegetables in every meal.

Raising Healthy Kids Tip #5:

Set a good example. Remember the power of being a role model. Your kids learn mostly from what you are doing, not from what you are telling them to do. Practice what your preach.
